The Crown at Pantygelli

The Crown at Pantygelli offers a selection of first class meals which are freshly cooked and served throughout the premises, including our fine patio and terrace in the warmer weather.

Such is the popularity of the food that at weekends you would be well advised to phone and reserve a table a few days in advance.

Wherever possible we insist on local Welsh produce including Welsh Black Beef, Welsh Lamb, Free Range Chicken and Pork.   We try and satisfy both those wanting traditional wholesome food and also those who like to explore the world of food.
To ensure that we can maintain our quality we offer a small select menu along with a range of specials.   All meals are freshly prepared using the best local seasonal vegetables and those suitable for vegetarians are marked with a  Suitable for Vegetarians.

We are delighted to cater for groups wishing to enjoy our food and would ask that you contact us in advance to arrange your meals.
Because the menu is regularly reviewed, we respectfully point out to all our valued customers that the choices available to you when you visit will include some, or all, of those shown below along with other selections of a similar quality and choice.

The choices shown on our menus are typical of our restaurant meals and are intended to give you an overview of the type of food served.

Our menus are regularly reviewed and offer you the finest local food, however we must respectfully point out to all our valued customers that:

  • The choices available to you when you visit will include some, or all, of the above along with other selections of a similar quality and choice.


  • As food is always freshly prepared using the best ingredients, the prices shown above will be subject to market conditions and as such could vary slightly up or down depending on season and availability.


    • 'Half Crown' Portions are available for most of our dishes - please do ask.

    Please note that our dishes may contain traces of nuts.   We want you to enjoy your meal with us and we try to be allergy aware, so if in doubt please ask our staff for food information.   Can you also please notify us of any special dietary requirements and we will make every effort to meet them.
